📋 Important Rules for Attending Your Ruqyah Session

Please read these rules carefully before attending your session.

📍 In-Person Sessions (London & Luton Branch)

  • Chaperone Requirement for Females: All female attendees must be accompanied by a male Mahram (chaperone) or at least one adult female family member or friend. Unaccompanied females will be turned away and will not be seen, even in emergencies. This is for your protection and to maintain Islamic guidelines.
  • Children: Children are only seen with both parents attending, or with the male parent (though we recommend both parents attend). Underage children do not count as a chaperone for female attendees. Sisters who arrive with only their underage children will be turned away unless they bring an additional adult female or correct Mahram.
  • Appointment Only: We do not offer a walk-in service. All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Taweez/Amulets: If you possess any taweez, amulets, or protection items, you must bring them to your session. The practitioner will guide you on how to dispose of them correctly, as these items often carry evil magic or jinn contracts.
  • Additional Products: Complementary products may be recommended after your session. These are optional and may incur additional costs.
  • Mental Health Conditions: Please disclose any mental health conditions before your session so we can provide appropriate care.
  • Dress Code for Females: All female attendees must wear modest, full-body covering (loose/baggy clothing) with hair completely covered (hijab), even if you do not normally wear one.
  • No Recording: Recording of any kind is not permitted during sessions.
  • CCTV: Sessions are monitored by CCTV for the safety of both the client and practitioner.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
  • Parking: Free parking is available at both London and Luton branches.

💻 Online Sessions

  • Chaperone Requirement: Female clients must have a male chaperone present in the room during the session (this will be visually confirmed). If no male is available, an adult female (family or friend) must be present to support the patient.
  • Head Covering: Females must wear head covering (hijab) during online sessions.
  • Technical Requirements: A stable internet connection and camera are required for participation. Please use good quality headphones or a Bluetooth speaker for the best experience.
  • Disconnections: If your session disconnects, you will be reconnected immediately.

🏠 Outreach Sessions

  • Chaperone Requirement: All female clients must have a male chaperone present during the session. If no male is available, an additional adult female (friend or family) must attend. Failure to comply will result in the session being cancelled without refund.

💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Paid sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or non-attendance, will not receive a refund. You are welcome to rebook a new session.

⚡ Important Reminders

  • Have the Right Expectation: Allah will cure you through His words and guidance towards Sunnah actions and remedies. We are not the ones who cure — healing comes from Allah alone.
  • No Shirk: We do not work with jinns, and we do not use “white magic” to defeat black magic. This is a deception of Shaytan to lead people into shirk. We rely solely on Quran and Sunnah.
  • Patience is Key: A person suffering for years should not expect a “one-hit wonder.” Just like medicine, healing has a process. Be patient and trust in Allah’s timing.
  • Unintentional Delays: Please be patient as sometimes emergency cases may cause slight delays to sessions. We appreciate your understanding.
